Powder coating

One of our specialties is powder coating.

We have an automated paint line with the following parameters:–

 6000 mm length x 900 mm width x 1700 mm height.

• We also have a free-standing stove and an additional painting booth for painting dimensions:
• 7000 mm length x 900 mm width x 1900 mm (length/width/height)

As part of our offer – powder coating on an automated line we offer:

Professional preparation of the surface for environmentally friendly zirconium chemical bath lacquering;

• Rinsing in technological water;
• Rinsing in DEMI water;
• Drying at 90-1500 C;
• Powder paint application;
• Paint hardening in an oven in the temperature range 160-2200C.

We provide the highest quality and precision of service.

Our powder paint shop is serviced by highly qualified personnel with extensive experience in their field. We comply with the most stringent standards and requirements for powder coating of steel, galvanized and aluminum components.

We perform powder coating in the full range of RAL. It is also possible to obtain other colours (e.g.: according to NCS) or special effects, which should be agreed with us while making an order.
